Free Wedding Photography Contest!

Congratulations on your engagement! To lighten the load of your wedding day, Veronica Varos Photography is offering a free wedding photography contest!

DETAILS:

- This contest is open to couples all over Northeast USA. Winners more than 45 miles outside of zipcode 15201 (Pittsburgh, PA) will be responsible for providing all transportation, travel and lodging costs. Arrangements must be made 40 days before wedding date. If you are unsure what the travel costs may be, please email me at veronicavaros@gmail.com for an approximate quote.

- The event date must be taking place in either 2011 or 2012.

- All entries must be received by March 21, 2011 to be eligible.

- Finalists will be determined by the number of "likes" on their comment/picture on the Veronica Varos Photography fan page. The top 3 couples photo/post's with the highest number of "likes" will move onto the final round of voting which will take place on this blog.

- Winners will be notified by March 27, 2011 via Facebook. Failure to respond within 5 days will result in forfeiture and the next runner up will be given the opportunity to move onto the next round.

- All of the prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

- Prize is only eligible on dates not yet booked on my calendar. If I am booked on your wedding date, then you must forfeit the prize and it will be offered to the next qualifying couple.

- Previous clients and current clients of Veronica Varos are not eligible. 

- Veronica Varos Photography retains the copyright to all photos taken during the wedding. The winners, by their acceptance, agree to allow their photos to be used for commercial purposes by Veronica Varos Photography.

- The grand prize winner will receive the following:
  *6 hours of wedding day coverage by Veronica Varos
  *High-resolution negatives on a CD
  *Professionally printed 8x10 of your favorite photo
  *Personal printing release
  *Online gallery live for 90 days for easy sharing
  *20% off of all a la carte options (albums, prints)
  *Value - $2029.00

- The first runner up winner will receive the following:
  *1 hour engagement, bridal or post-wedding session
  *20% off of any wedding package OR a la carte items
  *High-resolution negatives on a CD
  *Personal printing release
  *Online gallery live for 90 days for easy sharing
  *Value - $360.00

- The second runner up winner will receive the following:
  *1 hour engagement, bridal or post-wedding session
  *10% off of any wedding package OR a la carte items
  *High-resolution negatives on a CD
  *Personal printing release
  *Online gallery live for 90 days for easy sharing
  *Value - $360.00


HOW TO ENTER:

- Visit Veronica Varos Photography Facebook fan page and "LIKE" the page. (Click on the blue "Like" button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.)

- Post a comment on the wall including the following:
   *Your wedding date (if you do not have your wedding date picked yet, just give an estimate such as "June 2012")
   *A photo of you and your Fiance
   *A small paragraph about you and your Fiance

- Alert all of your friends to visit the Veronica Varos Photography Facebook fan page and "LIKE" the page as well as your comment on the wall.

- The 3 couples with the most "LIKE'S" will will be entered into the final round of voting.
